American rapper and record executive Rick Ross has announced released his eleventh studio album “Richer Than I’ve Ever Been.”
“Richer Than I’ve Ever Been” was originally scheduled for a January 2021 release, it was pushed back for a December 10 release date. This marks the third MMG release of the year, following the release of Meek Mill’s Expensive Pain and Wale’s Folarin II.
The album features 10 tracks, with guest appearances from Future, Wale, Benny the Butcher, Blxst and more.
“Richer Than I’ve Ever Been” is supported by the singles “Outlawz” with 21 Savage and the singer Jazmine Sullivan; and “Little Havana”, featuring The-Dream and an introduction from former drug kingpin Willie Falcon.
The rapper first announced the album during an interview with Hot 97 in August 2020. Rick Ross said the album title was inspired by a conversation he had with a “very, very wise old person.” “I’m spiritually wealthy and I’m richer than I’ve ever been,” he added.
On September 7, 2021, Ross’ book The Perfect Day to Boss Up debuted at #5 on the New York Times’ weekly bestsellers list.
