The Hand of God: Review and More! Watching Sorrentino is like watching soul-moving beautiful art at a museum! ‘The hand of God ‘ Italian drama film under the direction of Academy Award winner Paolo Sorrentino, which was released on Netflix on December 15.
The film deals with the story of Paolo Sorrentino, which is an autobiography. In Naples when someone says ‘ the hand of God’ it means that a miracle has happened, and at the same time, it’s a reference to Maradona, ‘The famous hand of God’. The connection between these two is more subtle than you think.
When Sorrentino was young he went to see a Napoli game and did not go on a vacation with his parents just to see Maradona. Following the same night, his parents lost their life due to a gas which has been pilling off, then it believes that he was saved from a miracle or ‘The Hand of God.’

In an exclusive interview with TVLine, creator Ben Watkins stated that the character is inspired by many knowing people includes John Brown and Nat Turner or some scientists like Albert Einstein or Pauling, and musicians like John Coltrane, etc.,” They’re operating on another level, and it is tough for people around them.” He said.
