American singer and songwriter Katy Perry and Swedish DJ and record producer Alesso have released their new single, “When I’m Gone.”
The release of “When I’m Gone” coincided with the first date of Play—Perry’s Las Vegas concert residency.
“When I’m Gone” is a dance-pop song. On December 15, 2021, Perry released a small snippet of the song and music video via her social media accounts.
The accompanying music video for “When I’m Gone” will premiere on January 10, 2022, during the halftime of 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship on ESPN.
