American actor, singer, and model, Olurotimi Akinosho, known professionally as Rotimi, has shared the official music video for “Don’t You Ever.”
The song is the number 3 track on Rotimi’s studio album “All or Nothing” which was released on August 27, 2021.
Born November 30, 1988, the 32-year-old is known for his role as Darius Morrison on the Starz series Boss, and starred as Andre Coleman on Power.
Boasting cosigns from 50 Cent, JAY-Z, Jamie Foxx, and T.I., singer and actor Rotimi wasn’t exactly a nobody when he landed his first breakthrough single.
A contemporary R&B artist, Rotimi garnered music placement with “I’m the One” on the first episode of Boss. In 2015, American rapper and executive producer of Power, 50 Cent signed Rotimi to his label, G-Unit Records. He also released his first G-Unit single “Lotto” featuring 50 Cent.
In 2016, Rotimi released “Doin it”, a single from his 5-track project, Summer Bangerz. In 2017 he released his debut EP called Jeep Music Vol.1.
2017’s “Want More,” featuring dancehall artist Kranium, brought in over 40M streams and spoke to the artist’s singing career that was decades in the making.
A New Jersey native of Nigerian descent, Rotimi inherited an eclectic musical palette with the likes of Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, and Ms. Lauryn Hill always in rotation.
Inking a deal with EMPIRE to put out his May 2019 EP, Walk With Me, Rotimi is proud of the time he’s put in. “I want my fans to understand that this is something unique,” he says. While the sun-tinged lead single “Love Riddim” epitomizes a summer anthem, Walk With Me is a dynamic, genre -spanning project. “It covers all aspects of emotions.”
